14-day money-back guarantee
Every plan is covered: the 1 site, 5 sites and Unlimited annual plans, and the Founder lifetime deal. If Unstale Pro is not the right fit, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Feedback is welcome but never required.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order reference or license key. Both are in the receipt Paddle sent you. We usually process requests within 2 business days.
How the refund is paid
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the payment method you used. Once issued, the money typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals
Annual plans renew automatically. A renewal charge is refundable within 14 days of the renewal date, under the same guarantee. You can switch off auto-renewal at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us, and your license keeps working until the end of the paid period.
After 14 days
Past the 14-day window we do not issue refunds, but you can cancel so you are never charged again. Your license and updates keep working until the end of the period you paid for. A lapsed license never modifies or deletes your content.
What we cannot refund
Usage billed by your AI provider. Unstale is bring-your-own-key: the provider you connected in WordPress bills you directly for the tokens you use, we never bill usage, and we cannot refund charges made by another company. The plugin shows a cost estimate before every run so there are no surprises.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
